1. Program description

Justin Verdugo Real Estate may send text messages related to appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-ups, and reconnecting after missed appointments. Messages may also respond to real estate inquiries or continue a conversation you initiated.

2. Opting in and consent

You may opt in by providing your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages, including through a written or electronic consent, during a phone conversation, or by requesting that we contact you by text. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and authorize recurring texts from Justin Verdugo Real Estate.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.

3. Message frequency and charges

Messages may be recurring, and message frequency varies based on your interactions and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s terms and charges govern your use of its network.

4. Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To receive messages again, you must opt in again.

5. Supported carriers and delivery

The program is available on most major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular, as well as many regional carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining an active mobile account and a compatible device.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information related to the SMS program are described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin Verdugo Real Estate and its service providers will not be liable for delayed, failed, misdirected, or undelivered messages; inaccurate or incomplete message content; or actions taken or not taken in reliance on a message. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
